I find myself lucky to have crossed paths with Catarina. She has an amazing studio where you already feel calm and relaxed as soon as you enter from the door. In my first time, I initially went to her studio to practice yoga as that’s what we usually do, but for some reason that day I wanted to try breath work and I’m so glad I did. It was an incredible experience opened a new door for me the very next day which was almost unbelievable for me. Everyone’s experience is different but I resolved something I’ve been wanting to resolve for a very long time. Catarina has an amazing personality, she is a bit magical :) and the kindest person.
